Various forms of sensor cable are available, some of which have universal application, whilst others are designed to protect specific types of equipment.

Sensor Cable types available include:

Universal Capstan Limpet cable
A one metre cable with jack plug connection at one end (plugs into tracking module) and a capstan limpet attachment at the other end which attaches to the item to be protected.

The limpet attachment bonds to the surface of the item to be protected with a special adhesive pad, and incorporates a microswitch which is depressed as the unit is attached. In the event that the limpet is detached or the sensor cable unplugged or cut the circuit is broken and the alarm triggered.

Universal Tab connector sensor cable
A one metre cable with jack plug connection at one end (plugs into tracking module) and a tab style connector attachment at the other end which accommodates replaceable sensor tabs.

Each of the special bond on tabs is designed for single use after which the sensor cable can be re-used by inserting a replacement tab. The tab incorporates a special printed circuit within the adhesive portion, which is broken as the tab is removed from the surface to which it is stuck. In the event that the tab is detached or the sensor cable unplugged or cut the circuit is broken and the alarm triggered.

PC "D" connector sensor cable
A one metre cable with jack plug connection at one end (plugs into tracking module) and a patented style "D" connector attachment at the other end which attaches to the PC / Laptop / Server to be protected.

The versatile half connector simply attaches to a suitable "D" type socket (of any size ) on the PC. It incorporates a microswitch on the underside which is depressed as the unit is attached. In the event that the "D" connector is detached or the sensor cable unplugged or cut the circuit is broken and the alarm triggered.

In Line Phono connector cable
A one metre cable with jack plug connection at one end (plugs into tracking module) and a phono style connector attachment at the other end which plugs into a phono socket on the item to be protected.

The connector incorporates a special microswitch which is depressed as the unit is attached. In the event that the connector is detached or the sensor cable unplugged or cut the circuit is broken and the alarm triggered.

In Line TV / VCR Aerial connector sensor cable
A one metre cable with jack plug connection at one end (plugs into tracking module) and an aerial style connector attachment at the other end which plugs into the RF or Aerial socket on the item to be protected.

The connector incorporates a special microswitch which is depressed as the unit is attached. In the event that the connector is detached or the sensor cable unplugged or cut the circuit is broken and the alarm triggered.
