Type & Positioning of Signs

'CCTV in operation'  warning signs should be displayed by any commercial organisation (i.e. non domestic) using CCTV equipment and recording images. 

To meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act, the signs should clearly show contact details for the person responsible for the CCTV system. 

The signs should be of an appropriate size and be prominently displayed.
