AD 4284 - Notebook Security Lock

Offering all the benefits and convenience of the AD 4281 Microsaver but at lower cost, our new Cable Lock represents superb value for money and is generally considered to be the most versatile and practical security product for anyone who needs to carry a laptop around with them or use it at more than one location.

The equipment security cable locks directly into the security slot built into the PowerBook or iBook casing. The security slot is now a feature of virtually all Apple Mac laptops, iMacs and displays including: Mac Mini, iBook, PowerBook G4, PowerBook G3, iMac G5, iMac G4 and Airport Extreme.

Convenient push lock mechanism - only need the key to unlock the unit. Slim-line stainless steel lock housing with 7 pin lock (2,000 key differs) - optionally available as 'Keyed to Differ' or in "Master Keyed" lock suites.

The 1.8 m plastic sheathed, 6 mm multi strand tensile steel security cable has a loop fixing at one end and permanently attached lock at other end. Cable wraps around any convenient natural bracket or pillar and then locks into the special security slot on the Computer, preventing removal until unlocked again.
