Lift out and telescopic posts offer a great alternative to hinged, fold down posts and are generally more robust. Whilst hinged posts are surface mounted, lift out or telescopic posts fit into an embedded socket thus have better foundations. Finishes range from galvanised steel, to resilient and attractive powder coat paint finish.

This robust post unit is manufactured from 80mm box section steel with a robust ground socket to suit. The integral key lock is conveniently situated at the top of the post to save you bending down to lock or unlock it.

The ground socket of this unit is designed to be sunk / embedded / concreted, into the ground to a suitable depth (270mm) so that the top of the socket is flush with the ground surface. The socket features a debris flap which drops down to protect the socket when the post is removed.

This robust post unit is manufactured from 60mm box section steel with a robust ground socket to suit. Locking is via a convenient, fully weatherproof padlock.

The ground socket of this unit is designed to be sunk / embedded / concreted, into the ground to a suitable depth (275mm) so that the top of the socket is flush with the ground surface. The socket features a debris flap which drops down to protect the socket when the post is removed.

Telescopic Anti-ram Posts

Ideal for protecting the approach to vulnerable roller shutter doors on industrial units, keeping clear essential access routes, etc.  With these units, the post section is designed to drop down into a recessed socket when not locked in the raised / protective position.

By definition therefore, installation of these posts requires a deeper excavation than is required for conventional lift out posts.
