Black Anti Climb Security Paint or anti-vandal paint is a professional grade anti intruder / anti burglar paint, supplied in a 5.0 litre can.
This is a non-setting petroleum gel based paint that is non-toxic and non-flammable. It is harmless to animals and can be easily and quickly applied to provide immediate protection. A 5 litre can will cover around 2 square metres at the required thickness of 2 to 3 mm.
Since this security paint does not dry it will potentially stick to and contaminate skin or clothing. Anti-Climb Paint should therefore not be used where people may accidentally come into contact with it (suggested minimum application height is head high - but a higher minimum height requirement may apply).

Coverage guide;
To prevent any type of anti climb paint from drying out and losing its effectiveness, it is recommended that it should be applied as a 2-3mm thick coating.
When applied at the recommended thickness it will require circa 2.0 litres per square metre coverage.
Where can Anti-climb Paint be used;
Anti-climb paint is a non toxic, petroleum gel based paint that can typically be used in any location where innocent passers by cannot accidentally come into contact with it.
As a practical guide, it should not normally be applied at less than head height, and the display of warning signs may be a requirement

Please note: the display of Warning Signs may be a legal requirement where this product is used at or bordering onto any public area or thoroughfare - and warning signs should be clearly displayed where anti climb paint is used at non domestic premises / locations.
Where Warning signs are required, they should be clearly visible from any angle of approach to the installation area.
