Want to protect your property against tampering, theft or unauthorised relocation ?
...here are some low cost solutions...
These are fastenings that protect goods and property from thieves using conventional tools such as spanners and screwdrivers to undo threaded fixings.
Within this group are security screws with anti-tamper heads including:
- Clutch Head security screws
- Pin Torx anti-tamper screws (also known as; Resistorx)
- Pin Hex tamper resistant screws
- Twin Hole screws
Clutch Head screws are one way security screws that are installed with a standard screwdriver, but once installed cannot be removed again.

Other Anti-tamper fixings;
As well as screws, other anti-tamper fixings include;
- Security nuts such as Shear Nuts, Scroll Nuts and Kinmar Security Nuts
- Special security enclosures such as Armour Rings and NoGo Enclosures which convert the head of a standard screw or bolt, or a standard nut into a security fixing.
The range of applications for anti-tamper fixings is virtually limitless, which is why they are in widespread use by domestic and commercial users as well as by the police, military and public sector organisations.
Typical uses include securing; metal fencing, park benches, playground equipment, fittings in prisons or secure medical establishments, retail shop fittings, electronic products and lots more.
There are many reasons for using anti-tamper fixings, including:
Conventional fixings offer thieves little or no challenge as they can be removed in seconds. Ai-tamper fixings however will at least slow them down (increasing their risk of being caught in the act) or more likely, prevent the theft o r tampering entirely. Anti-tamper fixings are the tireless foot soldiers in the war against crime –strong, dependable and versatile.
If you are looking for a permanent fixing, a "One-way" anti-tamper fixing will be a good choice, but if the fixings need to be removed for any reason at some future date, choose one of the "Two-way" fixings.
If you require a security screw that is unique to you, speak to us about our Solok range of customer unique Anti-tamper Screws. These "Two-way" security fixings require a matching security driver to install or remove them, but each customer is allocated a unique head pattern which is registered for their use only, so no one else will have access to the security tool and your installation is therefore safe.
