Antibacterial IPA Rubbing Alcohol

IPA Isopropyl Alcohol (as per our antibacterial spray packs), is used for cleaning surfaces and killing off harmful bacteria.

It is the most widely used disinfectant within hospitals, pharmacutical companies, medical device manufacturers, laboratories and clean rooms, among others and is a key product for tackling the spread of the Coronavirus as well as other bacteria.

Produced for Insight Security in the UK by specialist manufacturers, this IPA Rubbing Alcohol is ready mixed for instant use to help tackle the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and is supplied in a handy pack which contains;

   1 x 250ml IPA Rubbing Alcohol in a trigger spray bottle

   1 x 250ml IPA Rubbing Alcohol in a refill bottle

Government Guidelines;

Government recommendations are to dilute Isopropyl Alcohol to 70% to slow the drying down in order to give the alcohol sufficient time to kill any bacteria (if it is not diluted it will evaporate too quickly before it has a chance to eliminate bacteria).

Water is a vital ingredient that’s a crucial factor in destroying or inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microorganisms with isopropyl alcohol. Water acts as a catalyst that plays a key role in denaturing the proteins of vegetative cell membranes as it helps penetrate cell walls more completely which permeates the entire cell, coagulates all proteins, and therefore killing the microorganism.

This product has already been pre-mixed (75% IPA Alcohol and 25% De-ionised water), so is ready for instant effective antibacterial and anti-coronavirus use.

Ready mixed IPA Rubbing Alcohol based antibacterial spray can be used to clean all ’high touch surfaces’ including, but not limted to:

Surfaces need to be cleaned thoroughly and frequently.
