The CEN4 rated Federal FD730 Padlock & FD4025 Security Hasp set is designed for high security applications and offers exceptional resistance to physical attack and protection against weathering.

Tested to the European CEN and UK Sold Secure Standards, the solid steel bodied padlocks are "Key Retaining" and "Deadlocking" to ensure they meet the strict CEN 4 and Sold Secure criteria.

FD730 CEN4 Padlock - Dimension and Features:

a - 11mm (shackle diameter)
b - 27mm (vertical shackle clearance)
c - 31mm (horizontal shackle clearance)
d - 61mm (body width)

The padlock features a special Molybdenum steel shackle which is 11mm in diameter, whilst the open shackle design provides a generous internal shackle clearance of 27 x 31mm, it also has a six pin lock mechanism and comes supplied with 2 keys.

Other features include a stainless steel double ball locking system, a hardened steel anti drill / keyway protection plate, black E-plating for rust resistance and the unit is finished off with a robust plastic body bumper.

Designed for high security applications, the hasp fixings are concealed behind the hardened steel body and are suitable for shed and outside storage doors up to 30mm thick

Note: the hasp can also be used on thicker doors, however you will need to purchase your own bolt through fixings separately.
