Manufactured from high tensile boron steel, these thread forming, self tapping Atlas Bolts provide an effective fixing solution for a wide range of applications.
The hexagonal drive head, ensures quick and easy installation with a suitable size drive socket and impact driver or hammer drill.
The notched and serrated lead-in thread of these self tapper bolts (also described as self tapper screws) combines both cutting and sawing actions during installation, ensuring that the bolt taps smoothly and easily into the receiving surface.
Ideal for use as concrete bolts or concrete screws, Atlas Bolts are also the perfect fastener for installation and fixing to other materials including: wood, brick, concrete block, stone, marble and slate.
High load capability and low expansion forces, mean that our versatile Atlas self tapping screws and bolts can be installed close to the edge of whatever they are tapping into without risk of causing damage, unlike expansion bolts.
Our M10 Self Tapping Atlas Bolts require a 10mm pilot hole and 12mm clearance hole in the fixture that is being secured to the concrete or wall.
Atlas M10 Bolts have a wide range of uses including: fixing timber battens/counter battening, window/door frames, machinery to the floor, wall plates, signs etc. Brackets or handrails, ducting, satellite dishes & aerials, trunking etc. In fact anywhere a fixing to concrete or masonry is required.
Also available in M6, M8 and M12 sizes
