Pin Torx Security Screws

Tamper Proof Pin Torx security screws (also known as Resistorx screws, 6-lobe pin screws and Star Drive Pin screws) and the high-security TorxPlus range are virtually impossible to remove without the special matching screwdriver. These tamper proof security screws feature a central pin in the Torx socket which prevents the use of a standard Torx key to install or remove them.

The new high security Torx-plus system incorporates a 5 lobe head design (the standard Resistorx head features 6-lobe design). Increased security is achieved with the Torx-plus system by restricting the availability of drivers.

All Pin Torx Security Screws (Resistorx, Star Drive Pin Screws and 6-lobe pin screws) are manufactured from A2 stainless steel making them suitable for internal or outdoor applications.
