Manufactured by Insight Security, the Roller Barrier Extended Fascia Bracket is used to support the Roller Cup bearing Central Shaft.
It is one of our stock range of brackets, and is manufactured from 6mm x 40mm steel bar which is galvanised after cutting, punching and forming to offer robust weather protection.
Typical use for these brackets is to mount the Roller Barrier run, along the wall of a building, often near the roofline, but they can also be used in many other locations.
Over recent years, they have proven very popular for installing Roller Barrier immediately above the aggressive triple spike points of palisade fencing, to reduce the risk of finger amputation or other injury to people trying to climb over the fence.
They can be fixed to walls, fences or gates, where the brackets can be screwed, bolted or welded in position as required.
Simple to install, these brackets are non-handed, so they can be installed with the fixing plate section pointing in either direction (to the left or right), making them a truly versatile mounting bracket.
For added convenience, the fixing plate section of the bracket, now features two 10 x 20mm fixing slots which make 8mm screws or bolts such as our Atlas Multi-Purpose Bolts ideal fixings for attaching the bracket to a wide range of materials or surfaces from concrete, brick and masonry to timber.
Whilst stock brackets are as described above, we are able to offer various bespoke options to special order, such as double row brackets, manufacturing brackets from Stainless Steel material, overpainting brackets in any standard RAL colour, or designing bespoke brackets to meet specific needs for the installation site.
Please contact us, to discuss any bespoke requirement or if you would like help or guidance with your installation or product choice.
