The Pan Head Security Torx Self Drilling Screw is a case hardened steel screw with a rugged Delta-Protekt weather resistant finish making it great for indoor or outdoor applications. The special self-drilling screw tip avoids the need to pre-drill holes as it cuts a hole of the optimum diameter as the screw is turned clockwise.
Security Torx screws are sometimes called Pin Torx Screws, Star Drive Screws or Resistorx screws, but whatever you know them as, they are all the same great product and ideal for applications where high torque performance is required.
This self drilling screw is a versatile screw featuring a special self drilling tip, eliminating the need to pre drill holes and therefore saving time and money by speeding up your installation.
