Shaft Fitting – Wall Bracket Internal Socket

Manufactured from cast iron. this unit is hot-dip galvanised to protect against weathering.

The Wall Bracket Internal Socket, provides a simple way to fix one end of a Roller Barrier or Vandgard Anti-climb Barrier shaft to a wall, post, etc.

These units do not however lend themselves to installing an anti-climb barrier across an alleyway or between two adjacent buildings, as to provide a secure fixing at both ends, the barrier would have to be fully assembled and held in position before the Internal Sockets could be fixed to the walls.

Our alternative Alley Bracket product is purpose designed so that the brackets can be securely fixed to adjacent walls or posts, before the Anti-climb device populated shaft is dropped into the unit and secured in place.

The Wall Bracket Internal Socket are easy to use and require a standard Allen Key to tighten or release the grub screws which grip the shafts.

For added security, at time of installation, the standard grubs screws supplied with the unit can be replaced with optional security grubs, which require special matching security Allen Key to tighten or release.
