The high security Container Lock from the Squire Stronghold padlock range features a modified body to ensure that can be used with both the older style containers as well as the most recent types, making it the ideal choice for use with any type of container.

This all weather high security container lock, features an 80mm hardened steel body with a 12mm boron alloy steel shackle and has been tested to meet the European CEN 4 security rating

Applications

Designed specifically for use with containers, this versatile lock can also be used for many other applications.

When used with a chain, it will accommodate 2 x 11mm or 1 x 14mm diameter chain links

Keying Options (supplementary charges may apply)

To beef up key security for your Squire Stronghold Padlocks, the manufacturers have enhanced the range of keying options available. All locks are fitted as standard with a high security lock cylinder (with conventional sawtooth style key), offering a minimum of 250,000 key differs, however Squire have introduced options for most of their Stronghold range including;

Dimple Key option (not available with Restricted or Protected Key Options)
(the number of key differs increases to 470,000)
Restricted Key option – offers added protection against unauthorised key copying
(the number of key differs increases to 530,000. As protection for you against unauthorised key copying, locksmiths will need you to present the security card supplied with your padlock before they will cut additional keys for you).
Protected Key option – offers ultimate protection against unauthorised key copying
(the number of key differs increases to 530,000. Additional keys can only be cut for you by Squire as the relevant key blanks will not be available to locksmiths. This offers you the highest level of protection against unauthorised key copying.

Squire Padlock Keying Options

Great locks. I bought two with marching keys then another two with the same key. The only issue I have with them is the locks are slightly too wide for the latest shipping container I bought. It is the type of container with the lock that is hidden behind a sliding door. The first two containers are the same design and the locks work fine, this one looks the same but there is less space. So not necessarily a problem with the lock, more with the container, but this is a container lock after all.
